| . Each CTC member Society appoints a representative to the Council. Officers are elected annually and the program for the Council is selected by those representatives. Communication between the Council and the Societies is through the representatives attending Council meetings and mailed minutes of meetings, supplemented at times by other written communication with Officers of the member Societies. . |
